Players: The Flash, open Location(s): Central City Plot Summary: The Flash is off on a routine patrol when he runs into someone unexpected.
Wally gave a small wave, grinning at the small child. The little boy, now standing just outside a well liked park by kids and parents alike, had almost lost his "mostest favoritest" blue ball. As you always see, the ball got away from him and his pint sized pal. Their parents had been watchful and stopped the children from running after it but weren't fast enough to save the toy. However, they didn't need to be.
The Flash arrived just in time to save the ball from a most traumatic end via truck tire. Everyone was happy once more and the near death experience certainly taught that ball to run away. Well, that's what he had said to the kids. Small children had the most vivid imaginations and he was happy to feed it. He loved to see smiling faces on the young generation. He had two brats of his own that he tried desperately to keep smiling.
Now that a life had been saved, it was time to see if there was a crime that needed stopping. That was what patrolling was all about. He had to find things to do in a heroic fashion. Why else would he be willing to run around in spandex? It had to serve some greater purpose.
