Traci has a rather interesting sense of humor. She has frequently been shown to be a stress eater, a trait she shares with her father, and, although she is often seen eating junk food, she seems to keep her weight under control, perhaps because she doesn't seem to have proper meals but its because of the robotics. She's loud, impulsive but she's also kind and endearing. People have flocked to her banner after previously hating her and it can all be attested to that smile of hers. Some would say it's like 'magic' how personable she was... to those people she replies with a quick witted and insincere 'shut up.' She's extremely into her magical heritage, studying and praying to magical deities and feeling a profound connection to the world that she draws power from.
She's an incredibly independent girl. She never has any drive to rely on others however that drive shouldn't be compared to vanity. She will accept help if it's needed, though she can get most of her assistance from the streets. Family wise... it's a rough road for her. Her father actively disagrees with her magic usage which is why she moved away from him and took up her own residence in the city that never ceases being attacked. Her closest friend is Leroy the Iguana and currently her boyfriend is Jaime Reyes... she loves them all equally and the one thing she appreciates about her abilities is that she draws strength from their love, it fuels her forward to becoming the full blown sorceress that her mother would've been proud of.

Urban Magic: Traci inherited her magical abilities from her mother. Her specialty is city magic, tapping into the knowledge and power of cities.
Magical Sight: Traci is able to see people's auras, and can, for a limited time, use the auras' trails to follow them. She can also see certain creatures which are invisible on this plane of existence. This effect is constant.
Magical Blast: A blast of magic which, at its higher levels, is capable of tearing a hole through pavement.
Protection: Traci can create protective circles and force shields. However, these spells can be broken by an attacker with knowledge of magic or of Traci's faults and magical signature.
Divination: Traci can locate objects and people, and can transfer knowledge of their location to someone else's mind. For whatever reason.
Possession: Traci has been seen casting a limited 'possession' spell, giving her limited control over someone's body.
Psychic Link: Traci's pet iguana, Leroy, is her familiar. She can talk to him, learning what he's seen and what he thinks.
Transformation: She can also cast a spell which turns him into a monstrous dragon-like creature.
Fate Sense: Traci also seems to have something of a limited 'fate sense', which kicks in when she's in certain locations, almost like clairvoyance except she doesn't have a specific vision as to what's going to happen. It's almost like a weakened spider sense.
Recently her powers have evolved, or 'gone through puberty' allowing her a wider range of control over her mystical energies. These new powers include: becoming able to teleport, conjure simple items and clothing, using her astral projection to communicate with distant people and access to magic spells unrelated to the urban setting. It is known that Traci is highly experience in witchcraft, as she practice it often, making her knowledge on occults higher than those of teenagers

Staff of Arion: the Staff is an ancient artifact, which is useful in itself - for instance it can channel unexpressed ambient magical energy looking for a focus, increasing her offensive magic abilities and acting as a catalust for any spells she might require a focal point for.

Some of her more potent spells require chanting times and concentration from her that could be broken by an opportunistic opponent. Overpowering emotions being funneled into a city while she's tapped into it can overload her own emotional range and shut her down.

Open the Lexicon. The large leatherbound tome flew from the massive library wall and landed in the old woman's wizened hand. She waved her hand above the cover and two words were emblazoned onto the leather. Traci Thirteen... I haven't read this story in years. She smiled and pulled open the book, revealing the wondrous tale inside.
Traci Thirteen! Born to Doctor Thirteen and a beautiful Homo Magi sorceress. One who was taken from this world prematurely. Her death caused a rift between Traci and her Father. Dad didn't want her to continue with the magical manipulation, but her mother's death only spurred Traci onwards and upwards. How could she give up now? Hide behind fear like some small child too scared to look in the closet. The closet had already taken half of Traci's life away.. there was no way she'd let it take anything else from her. She moved away from home, taking her travels to the suicide slums of Metropolis. She and Leroy lived comfortably for years, practicing her magic and acquiring not just skill, but experience. By the time she could properly introduce herself as Girl 13, she was a Sorceress to be reckoned with... not the best mind you, not by a longshot! But she was getting there. Oh and did she make an entrance. She saved Superman, Attracted the eye of Superboy, joined a team with Supergirl and got Leroy something to eat! From there.. she could only go up.
She went through mystical puberty very soon after her introduction to the world and her powers started to grow and evolve into something vibrant and colorful.. and in a self-description 'an off shade of blue with a magic tint of oregano.' Magic isn't bound by silly norms like colors and spices being two separate textures. Not soon after, she met up with Jaime. It was from there that life actually began expanding for her. A steady boyfriend? A happy lizard and job opportunities arising in the distance... she did turn the Titans, though. With the Croatan Agency recruiting her to be something of a mystical detective/adventurer she could still moonlight with the Titans, still pal around with Jaime whenever she wasn't busy and she could still make moves towards becoming this realms Sorceress Supreme... even if there were about 50 more powerful magic's floating all around the universe at any given time.
Things were going well for her until she - The lexicon closed and rose from the old woman's hands. Floating back to the book wall, it set itself, causing the old witch to laugh. It seems we haven an unwanted visitor, Leroy... It's a shame, I hate having to restart a story. She rose from her chair, running her fingers along her iguana's tail before he hopped down, growing and growing until he reached his full size. A forest green dragon sized creature with the number 13 engraved on his false eye. The old woman clapped her hands together and drew her staff from the pocket dimension she had stored it in. Can an old woman not get any rest? Go bother Milagro... she's still young enough to deal with these antics. She slammed her staff in the ground and beamed as the faint oregano scent wafted through the room again.

...Diving? No this was the exact opposite. This was falling. Plummeting... dying. No she couldn't think negatively of it. She had to focus, had to concentrate her energies into getting her out of there. She had been practicing teleporting. Working on her skill so that this wouldn't happen during an actual combat scenario.. however, there wouldn't be a combat situation if she got impaled on the protruding skyscrapers and buildings that Metropolis sent skywards. How did all of those supers do this every day? It was cool at first, feeling the wind whipping about her like she was a piece of paper. Watching her ice cold breath slowly fade away into heated gasps as she re-entered the atmosphere... the last fun thing she remembered was feeling her magical energies swirling around her, ready to whisk her away... until of course, she looked down. Then the fun was over.. now she was falling to her death, all because she thought teleporting into space would be a good use of her powers. At least she knew her shielding abilities were doing their job.
Wǒ kào! This is decidedly less awesome! She clapped her hands together and pulled them apart slowly, her right hand making a peace symbol and her left throwing up the shocker. Terminal Velocity and promise of death, halt this fall, let me catch my breath! She inhaled deeply and closed her eyes as the spark danced it's way from her hands to her body. She could hear the buildings whooshing up all around her, the magic wasn't going to kick in fast enough.. she wasn't prepared yet, she wasn't focused. Her eyes wrenched open as she approached the ground, the pavement rising up to meet her until..
AAH! She threw both of her hands upwards and unleashed a bolt of energy that, thankfully, dispersed before it could blow a hole through the ceiling. A nightmare? That was a bad omen... or maybe a good one. Clairvoyance kicking in and telling her to avoid Metropolis high rises? She glanced over towards Leroy and snapped, to wake him up. Hey... you have the same dream I did? He glanced over at her, sleep obviously hanging on his penthouse lid. hssk... hsssssk. She groaned and tossed a pillow at him before falling back onto her bed and willing sleep to her once again. She fell deep into her slumbers, falling through the void in her mind until she launched into dream land, diving into her own subconscious. Diving? No this was the exact opposite. This was falling. Plummeting... dying.
